At the moment I am at the brink of desperation with my monetary situation.

I am trying to save money, trying to pay back my student loan (in Finland we have no tuitions and students are supported by the state by a pinch over 200 euros, but that and money earned during the summers was never sufficient to pass through the winter).

Then comes the Visa bill. It’s hard to reduce my credit to zero, when I am so short of money all the time; I am forced in the end of the current payment period to take a small loan by it, so I get only some of the 150 euros of monthly payment paid.

I cook at work so that I save money instead of eating out. I use public transports (I do have a car and insurance eats some money) to go to work.

I don’t go much out nowadays, don’t buy books or CD’s, I don’t buy clothes (besides the suit I found from a flee market last weekend) and still my salary isn’t sufficient.

What to do?
